FINANCING PLAN

Persons applying for residence permits for the purpose of several years of study in

must state in the financing plan how their studies will be financed.

If the studies are not to be financed by the State Educational Loan Fund or out of the applicant’s own funds, the applicant must state who will be financing the studies.

If the studies are to be financed by means of public support, a scholarship or other funds from his/her home country, the applicant must state how the funds will be transferred to

Documentation must be provided showing that sufficient funds are available for the first year of study.  The normal requirement is for an amount corresponding to full support from the State Educational Loan Fund to have been deposited in an account with a Norwegian bank.
